During my recent stay at A & O Budapest City, I was impressed with the modern facilities and the convenient location in the center of Budapest. The room was nicely furnished and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight for me was having the bathroom and toilet built inside the bedroom, providing privacy and convenience.

The value for money at this hotel was great, with clean and cozy rooms. The location was convenient, with supermarkets and good restaurants nearby.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be more variety in the food options.

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is situated in a safe environment, right in front of the sitting common area and close to the city center. Supermarkets are also within close proximity, making it convenient to access daily necessities.

Everything is what i need and want.

Great atmosphere in the room. The room was clean and had a good vibe. The location of the hostel is also excellent, making it easy to explore Budapest.

Close to city center, metro 5 min walk. Helpful staff. Room could be cleaner, walls dirty, no closet but hangers and small shelf. Good overall.

Great location in a calm area, but still close to the fun district. the cleanliness of the place is impressive, everything seems to be in good condition. the hostel zone offers a good price/quality ratio, making it ideal for students and backpackers. the staff was helpful in resolving the issues we had with our initial room, eventually finding us a suitable alternative.

The check-in process was a bit chaotic, with the staff being overwhelmed and our room not being ready until late. the noise insulation in the room was poor, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The location of A&O Budapest City was perfect, just a short walk from Varosliget Park. The building itself was beautiful and in a good area. The night receptionist, a young man, was helpful and friendly, making us feel very welcome, even though we arrived late at night.

One specific situation that happened was when we were assigned the worst room in the hostel, room 427. The room had no outside door, and we had to kick the door to get in.

Room had air conditioning and its own bathroom, which was clean and modern. Good location, within walking distance to most attractions.- Enjoyed being able to leave luggage in a secure storage room before check-in.

Some staff were cold and acted like an inconvenience. Cleaner mistakenly cleaned my bed, removing bedsheets and personal items.
